Reiki Level I: First Degree Workshop

Reiki Level I is an introductory course that teaches the fundamentals of energy healing. You’ll learn how to connect with Reiki energy, practice self-healing, and give Reiki to family and friends. Perfect for beginners, it provides the skills and confidence to use Reiki for wellbeing, stress reduction, and personal growth. As a Seichem Practitioner, you will also be attuned to Seichem Reiki - a deep practice originating from Egypt, incorporating the four elements and different healing energies of Earth, Water, Fire and Air.
