Executive coaching offers a focused, confidential space to step back, think clearly, and move forward with intention. Whether you’re navigating a leadership role, reassessing your direction, or simply feeling stuck, coaching helps you make sense of where you are—and decide what comes next.

A core focus: stress and burnout

Many people come to coaching when something no longer feels sustainable.

You might be:

  • Constantly “on” and unable to switch off

  • Carrying a high level of responsibility with little space to recover

  • Feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or close to burnout

  • Questioning whether you can—or want to—keep working at this pace

Together, we slow things down and take a structured look at what’s driving the pressure. This isn’t just about coping strategies—it’s about understanding the patterns, expectations, and behaviours that are keeping you stuck in a cycle of stress.

From there, we work towards:

  • Reducing overwhelm and creating breathing space

  • Re-establishing boundaries that actually hold

  • Making decisions that support your energy, not just your output

  • Building a more sustainable way of working and living

What we can work on together

Our work together can cover a range of areas depending on what you need at the time. This might include creating space to reflect on what truly matters to you, so your decisions feel aligned with your values rather than driven by pressure or expectation. We can explore patterns of negative self-talk and imposter feelings, helping you build a more grounded sense of confidence and self-trust. If you’re feeling stuck or ready for change, we’ll work through what’s holding you in place and identify realistic, meaningful next steps. Coaching can also support you to develop a more sustainable balance between work and life, strengthen how you communicate and present yourself, and navigate professional relationships with greater clarity and confidence. Alongside this, we can focus on building resilience, responding constructively to setbacks, and bringing more structure and intention to how you manage your time and energy. Throughout, the emphasis is on turning insight into practical, manageable actions so that progress feels achievable and lasting.

How it works

Coaching sessions are tailored to you. Some sessions focus on reflection and deeper insight; others are more practical and action-oriented. The process adapts as your needs evolve.

Clients typically leave coaching feeling clearer, more in control, and better equipped to make decisions that support both their effectiveness and their wellbeing—without returning to the patterns that led to stress or burnout in the first place.

Sessions are usually held on MS Teams or Google Meet. 

Pricing

Coaching sessions are usually 90 minutes long and are priced at £125 per session.  Discounted rates are available for packages, and for non for profit organisations.
