Perhaps you’re juggling too much, finding it hard to switch off, or noticing that stress is affecting your sleep, mood, and overall wellbeing. Over time, this can lead to a real sense of loss of self—where you’re functioning, but no longer feeling like you.

Hypnotherapy can help you step out of survival mode, reconnect with yourself, and restore a sense of calm, clarity, and control in your daily life.

How Hypnotherapy Can Help

Hypnotherapy is a gentle, evidence-based approach that works with your subconscious mind. In a deeply relaxed state, your mind becomes more receptive to positive change, making it easier to:

What the Programme Involves

The Managing Stress and Preventing Burnout programme is tailored to you and typically takes 3–6 sessions (in person in Sheffield, or online via Zoom/Teams), depending on your needs and lifestyle.

During the programme, we will:

  • Explore your stress patterns
    Identify what’s driving your stress, including internal pressures, expectations, and external demands

  • Understand your nervous system
    Learn how your body responds to stress and how this can lead to disconnection or “loss of self”

  • Build calm, grounding, and resilience
    Use hypnotherapy and grounding techniques to help you feel more anchored, present, and in control

  • Develop practical tools
    Learn strategies you can use in real time to regulate stress and reconnect with yourself

  • Embed sustainable change
    Reinforce new habits and ways of responding through guided audio and between-session practice

This is a collaborative process—the changes become most powerful when applied consistently in your day-to-day life.
