What the Programme Involves

The Mindful Eating programme is tailored to you and typically takes 3–6 sessions (in person in Sheffield, or online via Zoom/Teams), depending on your goals and needs. During the programme, we will:

  1. Explore your triggers: Understand the patterns and situations that lead to unhealthy eating choices.

  2. Set meaningful goals: Create achievable, positive goals that align with your health and lifestyle.

  3. Embed lasting change: Use practical exercises and reflection between sessions to reinforce new habits.

This is a collaborative process – the work between sessions is as important as the sessions themselves, ensuring the changes are sustainable.
